The Power of Transformative Coaching

Coaching for Transformative Leadership

This highly interactive course is intended for ACTP-school certified and/or ICF-credentialed professional coaches seeking competence in coaching leaders inside organizations, specifically coaching the leader within. Students will both cognitively and experientially explore leading-edge theories that are proven inside organizations and thereby acquire new coaching skills and critical contextual differences for coaching organizational leaders.

A 3 ½ day group course is followed by 4 bi-weekly tele-courses.

The participatory nature of the course along with personalized mentoring encourages rapid skill development and preparation for immediate application. It is critical that students commit to full and active participation during the sessions.  In addition to instructor-led learning, students will read four books, write 6 reflective papers and be videotaped and mentored before and after instruction to aid in assessing progress with applying the learning.
