Certified Professional Coach Curriculum
Dynamics – Your Authenticity as a Coach
Dynamics is a 3 ½-day comprehensive course which helps you discover and effectively communicate your unique style as coach.
You will:
- Expand and refine your coaching skills into "artistry" within your unique expression as professional coach.
- Clarify and articulate your vision, mission, guiding principles and values.
- Develop your unique "brand" by determining your unique skills and traits that distinguish you in the coaching marketplace.
- Distinguish your ideal clients and where/how you can easily attract them.
- Practice interviewing and engaging a coaching client using our unique Enrollment Model.
- Coaching practice exercises with fellow students mentored by ACT mentor coaches; mentoring reflects your current "natural" coaching style, areas for improvement of your coaching and identification of coaching skills in which you're already adept.
- Discover and effectively communicate your unique strengths.
Living Your Vision®, Essentials, Power, and Dynamics must all be completed before taking Mastery.
