Power – Your Expansion

This 2 ½-day course takes a deeper cut at skill building and focusing on the transformative aspects of the coaching paradigm. Power helps you increase your coaching skills and mastery of communications.

You will:

  • Learn to help clients discover and clarify their values.
  • Learn to help clients access their essential selves, innate wisdom and core issues.
  • Practice the Transformative Model of Inside-Out coaching.
  • Deepen your aptitude in the 11 Core Coaching Competencies.
  • Integrate new tools and structures to support client learning, accountability and effective follow-through.
  • Take home tools to use in the workplace and in private practice.

Both Essentials and Living Your Vision® (including the 10-week tele-courses) must be completed before entering Power.
