Certified Professional Coach

Earning the Certified Professional Coach designation from the Academy signifies:

  • You are a dedicated professional who has successfully completed a rigorous training program.
  • You demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the recognized core coaching competencies of the profession.
  • You integrate the paradigm of transformative coaching into your own life and into your unique coaching style.

Upon graduation from this accredited program you will have completed all the requirements to apply for a credential with the International Coach Federation, the leading global association of coaching professionals.  You will have the training and experience to be a competent, professional and confident coach with the ability to apply the transformative coaching paradigm in diverse situations, personal and professional.

Your training at the Academy balances skill training and development with the personal development of each participant.  The program consists of a five-course curriculum along with experiential “fieldwork” to support the integration of the skills and concepts. 

One of the five courses in the program, Living Your Vision®, is devoted entirely to the personal development of each participant.  The other four courses – Essentials, Power, Dynamics, and Mastery – are sequential coaching skills and coach development courses.

Typically the program is completed in 18 to 24 months and includes a combination of on-site classroom participation; tele-course participation and fieldwork application.  Your individual schedule will be determined with the help of our Registrar and take your individual requirements into consideration.  Your investment for Certified Professional Coach training is $8,499, due with your registration.
