Deepening Into Your Inner Journey

Shadow Wisdom™ is a personal growth learning and healing process that brings our hidden aspects out of our shadow and into the light so that we allow our whole being to engage life.

Throughout the weekend we will introduce and teach ways for each of us to explore our inner landscape, discover gold in our shadows and generate a range of possibilities for wholeness that embraces our gold. 

We will reveal ways to become more and more conscious of who we really are, and choose to live more fully.

Most important of all, we will discover a way to love ourselves for the unique journeys we have chosen and will choose, doing so with more ease, grace and acceptance.

Shadow Wisdom™ processes provide a setting that allows us to explore and evolve safely, with choice and without pressure.

At the foundation of our work is the genius of Carl G. Jung, who taught that the Self is the core of our being, the experience of ourselves in our wholeness and towards which we are moving with certainty. Our unclaimed shadow and its inherent wisdom seek us. By exploring shadow elements we learn how to integrate what is currently limiting and restrictive.

About the Weekend

The weekend workshop is for men and women aged 18 and over and consists of individual and group processes.

Using visualization, meditation, myth, image and dreams each participant will have a variety of gateways for experiencing the healing power generated when we integrate our shadow wisdom. 

For those who choose, we will offer an optional opportunity for an individual process during which we explore a life topic with the help of the co-leaders and the support and confidentiality of the group. 

People often asked Dr. Jung “will we [human race] make it?” referring to the cataclysms of the time.  He always replied, “If enough people will do their inner work.”
